Privacy

• Your mobile number, which is how you sign in.
• Your name and, if you give it, your email address.
• Business details: company name, GSTIN, registered address, business type, and the authorised person you name during verification.
• What you do on the service: listings, requirements, offers, calls placed, outcomes declared, and deal records you save.

• To operate the marketplace and connect you with counterparties.
• To verify that businesses on the service are genuine.
• To understand the market in aggregate. Anything we publish about the market is aggregated and anonymised — never your individual prices or terms.

• We do not publish your prices or your credit terms.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not offer contact details as a downloadable list.
• We do not release your phone number except to a single business with a live request between you and them.

Our directory includes companies that have not joined the service. Those entries hold business information — company name, registration details, location and what the company deals in — and are clearly marked as not yet joined. They cannot receive requests, and no contact number is shown for them.

If your company appears and you want it removed, tell us and we will take it down.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at [support email to be completed] and we will respond.

Deleting your account removes your personal data. Records of transactions between two businesses may be retained in a form that no longer identifies an individual, where we are required to or have a legitimate need to.

We keep data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only where we are required to. Data is stored in India. Session tokens and one-time codes are stored only as cryptographic digests, never in readable form.
