Terms of service

We operate a marketplace and directory that helps businesses in the base metals trade find each other. We provide search, listings, a way to request a commercial offer, and a place to record what was agreed.

We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not buy, sell, take title to, or take custody of any material. We do not process payment, provide credit, guarantee quality, inspect goods, or arrange delivery.

We take no responsibility for payment, credit, quality or delivery between a buyer and a seller. Any contract you enter into is between you and the other business. You are responsible for your own due diligence on the counterparty, the material, and the commercial terms.

You sign in with a mobile number. You must be authorised to act for the business you operate on this service. Before you can list stock, request an offer, or connect with another business, we ask you to verify the business — GSTIN, registered name and address, and the authorised person. Giving false information is grounds for suspension.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you list, including grade, quantity, location and specification. You must keep listings current and mark material as sold or paused when it is no longer available. We show buyers when a listing was last confirmed, and we rank listings that have not been confirmed recently lower.

A commercial offer you send is visible to the requesting buyer only. We do not publish prices or credit terms, and we do not show one seller another seller’s offer. You agree not to republish an offer you receive.

Contact numbers are released only between two businesses with a live request between them. You may not scrape, bulk-collect, export or resell contact information or listings obtained through this service.

A deal record is your own record of a transaction. We do not verify that a recorded deal took place, and recording one creates no obligation on us. We use recorded data in aggregated and anonymised form to understand the market.

Do not post false or misleading listings, impersonate another business, harass other users, or use the service to do anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

We provide the service as it is, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between users, including loss of profit, non-payment, or material that does not meet specification.
